Cancellation Policy
To protect the business of each of our professional, if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we respectfully ask that you do so before the 24 hour mark of your scheduled service. Any service that is cancelled within 24 hours or no showed will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled services. The fee will be charged to the card on file at time of cancellation/ no show. If for some reason the card on file is inaccurate, we will send out an invoice for payment. Cancellation fees must be paid before any future appointments may be booked.
Additionally, ALL LASH FULL SET appointments require a $50 non refundable, non transferable deposit upon booking and require a 48 hour notice to avoid the 50% cancellation fee. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours of sent invoice, your appointment will be cancelled. Multiple cancellations, constant rescheduling and/or no shows, will result in termination of future services. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may result in a forfeited appointment and deposit, or a shortened session at full price. Please communicate any changes to scheduled services as early as possible in order to ensure our workday remains full, as we are independent contractors. We value your commitment and appreciate your understanding.
