To protect the business of each of our professional, if you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we respectfully ask that you do so before the 24 hour mark of your scheduled service. Any service that is cancelled within 24 hours or no showed will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled services. The fee will be charged to the card on file at time of cancellation/ no show. If for some reason the card on file is inaccurate, we will send out an invoice for payment. Cancellation fees must be paid before any future appointments may be booked. Constant no shows and cancelling may result in termination of future services. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
